Is it possible to have compact bowels and not be constipated?

Theres no such thing: As compact bowel. If you have a major part of your small intestine removed then you can develop short bowel syndrom. Patients with no colon can go to bathroom about 4-6 times a day. Without any surgeries its not possible.
