If i am now a girl, will they shave my belly for gb surgery?

See below: The usual surgical preparation includes shaving from the nipple area to the pubic bone. They should not shave any lower than that. Ladies as a rule don't need much of a shave, if any. You could mention your concerns or questions to your surgeon.
