Outdoor activities: Go on bike rides together, walk, hike, jog. In the summer, outdoor activities are easier. But remember exercise is only 1/2 the solution to a weight problem. Set an excellent example by eating well, avoid pop and fast food. Eat on a smaller size plate and don't have second helping. Avoid candy and snacks and have healthier dessert like fruit. Children learn by the example we set.
