A member asked:

Can a teen girl have cervical cancer at such young age?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Highly unlikely: Cancer of the cervix is rarely, if ever seen under the age of 25 years. Abnormal cells ( dysplastic cells) can sometimes be confused with cancer but they often resolve with longer follow up as the body can often heal such changes, but they require close monitoring.
