Let me if I could he: Tiny under the skin bumps, some where we had pimples before, and some at the base of some facial hairs. They could be dormant pimples? Trapped puss. Use the salicylic product, and benzoyl peroxide product, to help with condition, i would advice to use it under the supervision of the dermatologist.
