A member asked:

Slightly getting bald, is there any way to prevent it or make it grow?

Sort of: I'm not familar with any rx product or otc that works over the very long term. My experience (not backed by a study) with patients has been it works moderately well initially, but if you stop, all the hair that was protected falls right out. Propecia and rogaine (minoxidil) are the two rx products i'm familiar with and seem to be safe. I'd prefer helping a patient find a skilled, cerfified transplant doc.
