Whoa: Semen doesn't turn to urine. Maybe there is a misunderstanding. If this is some prescientific "alternative thought" physiology, stop wasting your time with it. If you mean, "how long does it take semen to lose its gelatinous consistency and become much more fluid?", about half an hour.
