Strict Guess: Males can only guess from afar. Menses-associated pain (pmd) is undoubtedly real. Pain disturbs the mind. Women with joint hypermobility syndrome oft have #fibromyalgia ; subject to menstrual pain from worsening of ligament laxity via secretion of hormone ligament relaxant called relaxin, which also highly secreted during pregnancy. Pmd has been reported to be very painful for minority of wome.
