Tongue has light yellow coloration after wisdom teeth removal. should i be concerned?

No: A slight discoloration of the tongue following surgery in the mouth is not uncommon. An altered diet, antibiotics if taken, and decreased oral hygiene are some things that can cause the tongue to have a different appearance.
