Sclerotherapy: If you have spider veins and they are localized to your thighs then sclerotherapy is probably indicated. If you have varicose veins then you should have a venous evaluation with a venous reflux exam to check for leaking(refluxing) valves in the saphenous system. For best results you should see a vein specialist.
