See your doc!: Most likely patello-femoral disease, chondrmalacia, but there are other diagnosis with the same presentation. Start with your doctor: a referral to a rheumatologist or orthopedist would be in order. It would be less\ costly seeing the rheumatologist first ( in my biased opinion-for ortho colleagues reading this-i'm allowed bias!).
