Too many medications: Nope. It sure does not sound like a wise plan to be on so much of similar medications at once. Any further information here would need more information from you. What are you treating and why are you choosing these medications?

Too much: I agree with the other docs. It's is a lot of medication to be taking. However, Metronidazole and Azithromycin is given for sexually transmitted infection/disease (gonorrhea/chlamydia/trichomoniasis). What are you being treated for?
