My 8 mo.th old got a sandspur in his mouth. i got it out and he seems ok but should i worry or flush his mouth in case he scraped it?

He should be ok: Minor scratches/scrapes in the oral cavity typically heal quite well. If shows any signs of dicomfort/pain..I.E. Crying when trying to eat/drink etc..Have himeen a doc to examine his mouth. If he is perfectly ok, i would not worry...

Don't worry: If he seems ok he is probably ok. As long as he is not drooling and is able to drink he should be fine. Cuts in the mouth heal well.
