See below: Leukocytes could be false positive result if your urine was not a mid-stream catch or they can be seen with any infections as well as certain kidney diseases.

Yes and no: Leukocytes are immune cells responding to an infection. They may be present for a variety of infectious causes including stds. If you are concerned about an std you should get specifically tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea and not rely on this generic test.

Likely not but it's: Still possible. Urinary leucocytes is from urinary tract infection. But discharge from std's can still taint the urine causing the appearance of the leucocytes. See your dr for any concerns. Take care!
