Raise blood pressure: Too much noradrenaline or norepinephrine causes increased heart rate, increased blood pressure and "opens up" airways to make it easier to breath if you are having bronchospasm or an asthmatic/allergic reaction. It is usually used in emergent situations to increase blood pressure when it is dangerously low. But in someone with a heart condition, it can cause too much stress on the heart as well.
