Get off computer now: Pick up a landline to contact a local physician office. Also please pick up pen and paper and write down your concerns, walk to the nearest postal center. Stop on the way to speak to people on the street, insisting to speak to them face to face without smartphones. At the post office, buy one stamp and mail your letter to your physician. Congratulations to try to stand up for what you believe.
