Not too much : Usually menstrual irregularities, while frustrating, are not indicative of a more serious underlying problem. With your young age, history of light menstrual cycles and two pregnancies it may be related to levels of the hormones that regulate the cycle. You should of course rule out that you may be pregnant. Your primary provider can do some labs to rule out more common endocrine problems.
