Missing information: What happened 2 weeks ago? Were you injured? Start a new exercise program? Change job? Lifting heavy objects? In any case, as a general rule, symptoms that appear on both sides of the body without an obvious reason can be caused by one of two things: 1. A spine related problem 2. A systemic (medical) problem i would go see a pcp before seeing an orthopaedic surgeon.
