Azithromycin crush: Yes the tablets can be crushed and mixed with water or food. As well it can be put through a feeding tube. It does not taste the best, however! would mix it with something to mask the taste (applesauce, pudding or the like).

Azithromycin: Cannot see why this should be a problem, but the best person to answer that would be your friendly pharmacist. If they don't know they have access to a pharmaceutical company's q & a and can find out. Good luck.
