Use carefully: If you have never had sinus surgery... This will be a waste of time and money. There are some actual clinical studies that support the use of manuka honey in chronic sinusitis - but unless the sinuses have been opened with surgery - it is highly unlikely that the irrigation and/or honey will get into the affected sinuses.
