Evaluation: The first step is a thorough evaluation of your memory and other concerns. Have you been injured? Lost consciousness? Do you use alcohol or drugs? Are there other medical conditions you have? All these things need consideration. You could start by seeing your family doctor, and going from there. You may need more specialized evaluations too.
