Ever?: If you have never had a period, it is still theoretically possible to get pregnant, but unlikely. If you simply have irregular periods, and didn't have one for a while, it is certainly possible to get pregnant.

Yes: If you are married and do not want to have a new or second or third around then you better stay protected. If you are not married then hopefully it doesnt matter.

Depends: You will ovulate before you get your period. This occurs about 14 days before your period. So if you have not gotten your period since your last pregnanvy or if you were breast feeding, sure you can get pregnant before you get your period.
