Careful follow-up: Normally, zoloft (sertraline) is used to a limit of 200mg/day. However, people with ocd who have not responded to this level may need higher doses than this. With close follow-up with your doctor, high doses of zoloft (sertraline) (from 250-400mg) have been used safely. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16426083 in this study, symptom relief in the higher dose group was greater than in the 200mg/day group.

Zoloft (sertraline): That is a decision to be made by your prescribing doc. Who knows your case best.
