Unlikely: If you took a test and the pregnancy test was negative, it's likely your not pregnant. Cramps can be a lot of different things. Sometimes cramping comes from the uterus, and sometimes from the intestines. If you're constipated that can cause cramping. A bladder infection can cause as well. If you don't want to be pregnant, make sure to use contraception!
