Probably not: About 1 in 3 women have some spotting or bleeding in the first few weeks of pregnancy - most of the time it does not mean that there is a problem. You should have an Ob appointment by 10 or 12 weeks to confirm a normal pregnancy - sooner if you have bleeding more like a period.
