Not kidney: Many other abdominal problems are much more common. The only way that the kidneys could be involved would be if you had a peri-nephric abscess, a renal abscess, or bacterial nephronia. These are seen in patients with recurrent or complicated urinary tract infections. Highly unlikely that you would have these disorders. You need to see your physician.
