Fetal growth: If your last menstrual was in april, your baby would have been way more older than 5 weeks 3 days. If indeed that is true, you baby would have died by now. No heart beat would be seen and your doc is right that if the fetus has not come out by now, you will need to have medical intervention to get it out.
