Child has peeling fingers and red skin. what is it?

Reply: Can be post streptococcal throat infection peeling of skin, can be post viral infection, local contact allergy to something that child plays with. Try to figure out by looking at his last few days. If no fever, is active and playful then observe with moisturizing. Also it could be related to swimming. Avoid the trigger. If no improvement over next few days see his doctor.
