Re measure : Hc isn't an easy measurement to obtain with a squirming baby. It has to be done in a certain way. Unless the baby has a known medical/neurological problem my recommendation is to make sure the hc is confirmed by the baby's doctor at the 4 month well check. We see the same problem with length measurements, particularly with the normally imprecise method of the "table paper & pencil" length.
