I had kidney stones (~6.5mm) before 3 months, but i don't think they've passed (i don't have symptoms). what is the maximum size to be passable.

50% of 5 mm stones: Pass. If 10 mm, less than 5% pass spontaneously. If the stone is not impacted and blocking the flow of urine in the ureter, it is generally asymptomatic.
