My 10 yr daughter has diarrhea and cramping with no fever. she cannot eat, but is keeping fluids down. any ideas?

Hydration: Most important thing to do is to keep her hydrated, good she is keeping down liquids. Avoid juices. For cramps plain tylenol (acetaminophen) and heating pads will help. Let the viral infection run its course. Hand washing a must.

Diarrhea: When having diarrhea, one loses not only water but also electrolytes. So make sure that fluids she takes is not solely water. Pedialyte or low-sugar sports drinks are good examples of "fluids". Your daughter can drink as much as she can to prevent dehydration.
