See a dentist: You obviously have a problem, yet you are not having it treated. It will only get worse, and eventually cause an emergency and/or possible loss of that tooth. In the end, you will still have to see a dentist. Please call for an appointment.

DANGER!: Untreated dental infections (which is exactly what you have and what you do is not considered treatment) can spread and cause serious complications including death. You need to be on a proper antibiotic as well as having the cause of the infection treated by a dentist. Set that appointment up now!

Options: You need to have this treated. Your dentist will evaluate the area, determine the cause and probably recommend either root canal therapy or extraction. Leaving it alone will usually result in progression of the problem and loss of the tooth.

See a dentist ASAP: A tooth infection won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your body. Dentist will treat a tooth abscess by treating the cause and getting rid of the infection. See your dentist ASAP.
