??????: In theory it's possible but very unlikely and I have to wonder why a young man like you is so concerned about this. If you have a very strong family history, talk to your doc. If not, eat well, exercise regularly, do not use tobacco products or illicit drugs, and enjoy whatever number of years god gives you. I wish you a long and healthy life.

It is possible: But unlikely. Pediatric cancer is not common, with approximately 12k new diagnoses in the us each year. A majority of patients have leukemia, lymphoma, or CNS tumors. Other tumors are more rare. Tumors of the organs you describe are exceptionally rare in kids outside the presence of a familial cancer syndrome. If you have genuine concern about this, is speak with your parents or your doctor.
