Unfortunately no: A number of STDs (i.e. Chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphylis) require antibiotics to be cured. If they go untreated, they can cause significant medical issues. If you are concerned, i would recommend seeing your provider as soon as possible.

Not at all: Failing to treat chlamydia or gonorrhea can result in dangerous pelvic inflammatory disease (hospital care) or sterility. Other curable STD's can remain in your body for decades, gradually triggering damage.(Hitler was thought to have gone nuts from his syphilis). This is not a set of diseases to ignore.If you are going to be sexually active consider testing & treatments part of the trade off.
