Anal Fissure: You have a tear. This is known as an anal fissure. Please google: "the three s's of anal fissure". You will need time to heal. This comes by keeping the wound clean, softening your stool, avoiding further trauma till healed, and possibly steroid cream to help you heal up.

Trauma, fissure, STD: What do you mean by "careless" partner? If in anal sex per se, e.g. hurrying, insufficient lubricant, etc, and/or if pain during sex, then you probably had a traumatic injury. Or maybe you have a fissure that was stretched and now bleeding. Or hemorrhoids. If "careless" means in sexual partnerships, it could be rectal gonorrhea, chlamydia, or other STD. See a doctor for professional evaluation.
