I.e. Pulse Pressure: Typical healthy adult resting pp ~40 mmhg. 70 mmhg, as in your example, results from stiff arteries (advanced ds in walls arteries), aortic regurgitation (leak) and/or an av fistula (e.g. Someone with a shunt created for dialysis). Aortic regurgitation murmur difficult & rarely heard with stethoscope; easy to see on good quality doppler echo. Yet beware sbp & dbp from separate single heart beats.
