Who knows?: Don't know what your reaction to Provera was so it's impossible to say. Don't know what a "bio-hormone" is since all hormones are biological. Do you mean a biosimilar hormone, which is just another term for expensive without any real value. Check w/your doctor. How did you "overdose" on synthroid (thyroxine) unless you took more than the recommended dose. You need to talk w/your doctor about all of this.
