Usually if a woman: Has bleeding it is more like spotting. Hemorrhage is a serious problem. This shows that you don't know if you are pregnant. Recommend that you take a home pregnancy test.

No: Vaginal bleeding does happen in about 20% of pregnancies during the 1st trimester. It is usually spotting but can be heavier. There are many reasons for it some dangerous some not. See your OB. http://www.webmd.com/baby/guide/bleeding-during-pregnancy#1
