To get pregnant: To get pregnant a female must be on her fertile days in her menstrual cycle and sperm must be fresh and deposited inside the vagina.

Yes: Any secretions of an excited males penis can contain enough sperm to establish pregnancy. If they get past the hymen accidentally , on a finger, or in any other way, they can get you pregnant.
