NEED A GOOD EXAM: Potential: minor: middle ear "congestion" fluid external ear abundant cerumen, plug etc. Complicated: infection, hearing problem, high blood pressure, medications etc.

Ear drum and nerves: You may have damages to the nerves in the ear drum or swelling of the ear drum itself. I recommend seeing your doctor for a physical exam.
