Septrin is a good: Broad spectrum antibiotics which should cover for upper respiratory and bronchial infection. U may take otc cold/ cough meds, vitamin c, lots of water. Follow up with your dr and get assessed for a possible heart condition (less likely) and conjunctivitis. Take care!
