i started my first pack of birth control pills (21 com. pills) one week after my period. when should i expect my period?

3 weeks : Usually periods begin when the body realizes you have stopped taking the pill. Generally about 2-3 days after the last of the 21 pills-.

End of pack : You should start your period at the end of the pack.
