Antihistamine : Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or zyrtec. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) has strong sedative effect. Call your doctor and ask to switch your pain medication to another pain killer.

Change med: The simplest way would be to change your medication. Sometimes another medication needs to be added with the pain med to control the itch.
