Treatment of boil in face without antibiotics?

If not large try: Soaking a washcloth in clean warm water with or without epsom salts dissolved in the water, then place the wet washcloth on your face until it cools off and repeat several times (4 -6) continuously. This will speed up the boil coming to a head and draining. Keep the are clean with antibacterial soap. If unsuccessful, see your doctor.
