U.S. State Dept...: The U.S. State department has a website that may have this information. Otherwise, one would have to contact the state department directly. Some hepatitis b carriers in the U.S. Are immigrants from other countries, so perhaps testing isn't required. The state department is at: http://travel.State.Gov/visa/visa_1750.Html.
