Back itching: This may be a condition called nostalgia paraesthetica, a localized itch most commonly localized to just below the scapula on one side - see http://rarediseases.Info.Nih.Gov/gard/disease.Aspx?Pageid=4&diseaseid=7225. Of course, it's impossible to make an accurate diagnosis without examining the area. Other causes are possible, so see your dermatologist.
