Probably nothing...: Exposure to blood and other body fluids are a part of oral intercourse. Blood and body fluids can carry sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as HIV, Hepatitis, syphilis, gonorrhea, herpes, etc. However, you are at risk for acquiring these infections through unprotected intercourse even if no blood is present. If your girlfriend is free of STIs, the blood exposure isn't a big deal.
