Mastalgia: Breast tissue is highly responsive to hormonal changes. If you are new to this brand or type of pill (especially if it is a triphasic) such symptoms are common. Let us not forget that as effective as ocps are for contraception, there is always the possibility you can be pregnant. This must be ruled-out.
