I have headaches. how much advil (ibuprofen) can i take a day?

.: If continious headache or severe headache or for a long time consult physician. Usually you can take ibuprofen/advil once every 6 hours. You can also alternate with tylenol/ acetaminophen. (one every 4 hours).
