Epididymitis: Is a medical condition characterized by discomfort or pain in of the epididymis, a curved structure at the back of the testicle in which sperm matures. This can be painful, and should be evaluated and treated by a dr. There can be other causes of pain in the testicle as well, including a torsion, where the blood supply can be affected and its truly an emergency. Testes pain should be evaluated.
